This blog is dedicated to raising awareness of the fact that landowners in Georgetown with riverfront property do NOT have access to the river, due to the fact that a long string of barges is permanently encamped there.
This has been a long plight of the citizens to have them removed, and allow the citizens to begin to enjoy the river in an unimpeded manner.
